Account Deletion
CertDeck users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@certdeck.study.
Please include:
- The email address used for your CertDeck account.
- A clear request to delete your CertDeck account and associated data.
What data will be deleted
- Your CertDeck user account.
- Your user-created folders.
- Your user-created sets.
- Your user-created questions, answers, notes, and study progress.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are normally reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deleting data.
Data we may retain
Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
